There is a quest in Valgard in the Howling Fjords that teleports you to the shadow realm within Wyrmskull Village, you have to go to the main building where the mounted harpoon guns are and enter the building listen to the 2 people talking and your quest is done, but before you leave the shadow realm go to where the steps that lead to Utgarde Keep is and you will see the Lich King standing at the bottom of the steps with a valkerie on either side of him!

Walk up to him and he will start talking to you, it's pretty awesome and at the end of the conversation your in for a treat!
