At 14 February 2007, the AoC developer Athelan made a lot of good answers in everything from leveling skill system to a Assassins poison.

I have copied the whole forum post from him as he posted on AoC.com forums (link further down) on the curse AoC forums. It answers alot of questions which I guess alot of you have.
