This seals the deal for me that AoC is an immature product produced and managed by a company that have a short-term view on their product. This would be the equivalent to WoW's Hearthstone and to give something like this out through a gddamn magazine code is just plain out laughable and a slap in the face of all paying customers.

Time to hit delete on this game for me.

never agreed on buy or get items which affect the stability on games

remember archlord, was monthly at release..and now is free and doubt it got 3k players ..

probably aoc will introduce pay for items later on :)

To participate in the tormenments you must pay about 20 euros?

This is hardly a stability-effecting item. Quite useful for those willing to buy it, yes, but there is already a half-hour hearthstone-equivalent in Path of Asura--which everyone knows upon creating a character. All this offers is letting you set your Path to the zone you're in instead of your home city for a quick way back to town, which is also only necessary if you need to get to the bank/AH/mail NPC's.

To put it short, if you were planning on buying the magazine anyway, it's a nice little bonus. If not, it's not something that you'll miss while not spending a few bucks on a magazine you won't read.

I dont mind such marketing tricks as long as they carefully plan what they offer through other channels.

It is a smart teaser which wont affect player skill. It will make some ppls lifes easier in terms of time.

I wouldnt buy PC Gamer to get this. But i also dont care if other ppl shall have this treasure of imbaness ^^

Guys, it's something called Path of Asura. This is in fact EXCACTLY the same as a heartstone in WoW, so this only gives you a SECOND heartstone-like thing, which has a longer cooldown and can only take you to your homeland.

This is nothing uber, it will just make you able to teleport to 2 different places (Since you already got the path of Asura)

Silfver: Maybe you should play the game, before commenting. Because clearly you haven't played it, since you dind't even know you had the path of Asura...

Got my copy today.

The description on the code state:
Khemi for Stygian, Old Tarantia for Aquilonian, and Old Conarch for Cimerian.

While once every 24h, it's a nice to have, not imbalancing the game.
