So has anyone actually seen this in action anywhere? I have gotten onto the PTR's and haven't seen any sign of it just yet.Though i like the idea of it for those of us who either can't afford a server on Vent or TS, there is one bad side effect, assuming that blizz keeps the voip and the game on the same server pipeline. If the server for you area crashes then you can't tell anyone bout it.Well anyways I will reserve thoughts on this till they add more info on it, though they did say that this and guild banks and ZA are to be added in the next patch, and 2.2 would indeed be that.

    Last I saw, it's coming with 2.2, but it's not in the current build.

    Actually, they didn't say those things would be added 'next patch'. They said they were adding ZA 'soon' and would implement voice chat and guild banks before that. Voice chat IS going in this patch, but the others are not (according to Hortus).

    Voice chat isn't active on the test realm, but you can look at the GUI for it with a bit of scripting. Unfortunately, the sound right now is kind of scratchy (you can test record yourself right now)
