It's amazing how easy he finds it to lie to and cheat his customers without so much as an apology. Aventurine release the bare minimum in information. They tell their customer base one thing and then do another. To add insult to injury, they get us to pay to stress test the services available.

It's totally out of order. I won't be playing Darkfall until there is a trial of some kind. No way I'm going to pay the wages of liers and morons :-)

I think this could be a good game, even a great game. But, my confidence in it is definitely affected by the way that Tasos and Aventurine treat their community.

In this case.. P2P closed beta stress tests. =/

I'm just as upset as the next guy, I want this game to be the next best game.. but if I were in their shoes.. I might have had to do the same thing. Mind you, I would have been honest about it though.

We need to run a few tests first to make sure things have improved and we will let you know when we officially make more copies of the game available. Availability is throttled because we need to make sure that the server population is having as good an experience as possible before we introduce more people and more servers. We hoped to be further along but have been held back by the account management system. We’ve made several optimizations since, and we’re working on a permanent solution as soon as possible."

- Tasos

Wow Tasos... that almost sounds just like a Stress Test.. but it can't be a stress test because that happens before the game is released. Maybe you should have had an open beta to stress test and fix all these dumb errors your having with your client.. idiot.
