Look for him in any public location throughout these areas: Zawabis Refuge, Gianthold, and the Necropolis.
The first person or team to find him in each location will receive the Scepter of Siberys which grants a +1 bonus to their Use Magic Device skill. There will be no clues given out by Sir Lawrence, so only teamwork and skill will see you to your reward.
