I have a hardware KVM on one of my kbd/mouse/monitor combos so I can switch it out to my server instantly if I need to attend to something important. The problem with these is that I like to see all my screens at once and have access to them. Synergy works well for quick 'reach over and click on that or type /r to someone' things, but nothing beats a kbd and mouse with its own monitor if you need to do anything more complex.

Multi-Boxing... it's teh evilness I tell you! Oh... how I remember the times on a pvp realm, running into the occasional Multi-Boxer :(... The pain... The agony! Ooo0oo00oh... Multi-Boxing is cool :P
