This weekend marked a new record-breaker for CCP and EVE Online. Not only did EVE set a new record for most concurrent users online at a single time with 34,916 players playing on one server, but CCP also set a new record for the highest number of visitors to an Icelandic-based website, according to Teljari.js.
Beating its previous record for peak concurrent users (PCU), CCP is pleased to announce that a new record was set over the weekend when 34,916 players were logged into the Tranquility server on Sunday.
