All you have to do is visit the Fan Fest and participate in the Silent Auction taking place. The auction is for a good cause, too, with all proceeds going to Child's Play, a charity founded by Penny Arcade. One thing up for bid is the tour, but that's not all - there's all kinds of cool EVE collectable pieces up for grabs as well.
