SQUARE ENIX UNVEILS NEWEST ADDITION TO THE FINAL FANTASY SERIES, FINAL FANTASY XIV!

MMORPG Scheduled for Simultaneous Global Release on the PLAYSTATION 3 and Windows

LOS ANGELES (June 2, 2009) – Square Enix Co., Ltd. (Square Enix), announced that FINAL FANTASY XIV, an all new massively-multiplayer role-playing game (MMORPG), is planned for simultaneous global release with language support in Japanese, English, French and German.

Adventure begins anew in the vast realm of Eorzea!

    wow suxs can not stand that game played it for 1 month got a char to 80 got bored left easy game play pointless game made by lil kids for kids not a pro gamers game wow is nothing compried to thsi or any final fantasy games i lobve them al ihave them all and this is one ill be testing open beta if they relase it on beta cant wait for this i want it now :) please bring out feb 2010 :)

    I enyoed FFXI for 2 Years, I hope they learned alot out of FFXI. I surely will try this game out. Just decided to not buy AION and just keep on WoWing till this arrives at the stores. :D Thanks SE!

    I might go back if SE cleans up the problems from ffxi, including the XP mess. Also I would love to see them add the ability to mod the UI, even if just a little. Trailer looks awesome and when do we get the beta keys :)
