For the Horde

    Maheen the Priest

Been away from WoW for a while and when I came back, all my Alliance friends have stopped playing. Whether it was for cash problems, boredom, or sojourns to find oneself, the point is...I got lonely. So I did what any good altaholic would do. I started a Horde character.

Being a huge fan of the Instance, I decided to join Earthen Ring because that is where Scott Johnson, Randy Jordan and a whole other slew of internet celebrities are part of AIE. AIE (Alea Iacta Est) is the largest U.S. Horde guild. I think there are about 3,000 members! I heard a lot of great things about the guild and thought it would be a great place for a Horde-virgin like myself to get acquainted with the other side of WoW.

I've decided to start with a Blood Elf priest. I knew that in endgame, there is always a shortage of healers and tanks. I figured that if I wanted to be invited to a lot of groups easily, I'd better pick one of those classes.

I just got Maheen to level 15 last night. The Midsummer Fire Festival has some great buffs to help with leveling. Hopefully the new patch will be out Tuesday so that I can get my mount at level 20.
