Hellgate: London

Hellgate beta grace period extended

Flagship yesterday announced that the Hellgate: London beta grace period has been extended by one more week, giving beta testers another 7 days to add a retail registration key to their beta accounts.

Previously, we had intended to end the beta grace period on November 14. But, we don't want to cut your game off prematurely, so please make sure you enter your retail registration key as soon as possible.

Again, no beta players without registration codes will be able to login and play Hellgate: London after November 21, 2007.

When certain games have players bases of over 9million, how long are most subscriptions in other games going to last?

By and large it would seem that Beta is more like, "Take a break from the game you REALLY like, then go back. Compliments of <insert game company name here.>"

The beta thing is mostly due to some backlogs on orders from i believe best buy and a few other sites to allow people to still beable to play til thier copy can get to them
