Progress - Get Over Here! v3

V3 Concept Art was:

Managed to get the GUI working in game now.

v2.01 DeathKnight GUI options converted over to v3
v2.01 Paladin GUI options converted over to v3
v2.01 Warlock GUI option converted over to v3

Extra Death Knight GUI options added to V3 as per concept art link.

Still to code the workings of these options, but the v3 GUI for those are done.

Need some requests for options of the other classes or when it's coded and ready it'll be pretty bare for those other classes.

So that's where the progress is up to.
