Back on topic, this is very surprising news to hear. I knew they were beginning to delete older videos to free up disk space, but I didn't realize the situation was this dire.

This sucks, lets just hope someone else will take up the challenge (perhaps a joint venture of FF and S6).
Stage6 really transformed the distribution of contents.
And as said, there's no way im gonna go back to using Youtube for my videos.

Wow.... I wonder why making the conversion to a subscription format couldn't have worked (warcraftmovies.com comes to mind) :/ Whatever the reason, it was great while it lasted. Here's hoping the site that takes its place will be able to match up.

i hope this had nothing to do with "pirated" movies. I'm about sick and tired of hearing about major studios whining. They are major capitol enterprises and as such should have had the foresight to get on the bandwagon ages ago.
Still, aside from videos of that nature Stage6 will be sorely missed :(
