Deanna Troy...why? Hmm, she's a telepathic hottie that's why! And she is always helping poor Data in his struggles to become more human.

So if I didn't get any email by 6.45pm PST, does it mean I didn't win? Anyone got the key? :(

My favorite character is Miles O'Brien. I met Colm Meaney in a bar at a star trek convention in Erie Pennsylvania (many years ago), and he bought the first round of beer.

How can you not like that?

Jadzia Dax.   She was well rounded and smart, and always a surprise.   When you thought you knew everything about her they would bring in a new episode that involved another one of her past 'hosts', always interesting and funny just a perfect blend!   (oh and she was smoking hot to boot that never hurts)

Geordi. La. Forge. The Laforge maneuver is gold.  Who else do you know that would roll under a door as it closed... WHILE THE DOOR WAS STILL SEVERAL FEET AWAY? I didn't think so. Who else can give you 5 minutes of continuous maximum warp trying to outrun a borg cube? Who was it that took Wesley under his wing?

    Geordi is the man.

    I hope I am not too late - 24 hour rule? :D

My favorite character is actually... Lore!

I liked the drama between Lore and Data - it was always so mysterious, with him lying about his origin. I always wanted to find out what happened next so I would keep watching. I think it was one of the first TV series I actually got into outside of MST3K.

And Lore gets all emotional at the end despite his "emotion chip" being damaged and it was pretty clever of him to say "I love you bro" to Data and Data just says, "Goodbye Lore." Whose emotion chip is damaged now?! ;)

All Han-Solo "I know" when he's told "I love you".

That whole set of characters and plot is the first segment of clips in my mind that I recall when thinking back to growing up and watching Star Trek.

I was reminded of it when watching the newest movie and it brought back good memories... just watching TNG when I was growing up (was about 9 at the time), sitting on the floor in the finished basement, and totally "zoning in" when it came on.

Every time I see news about Star Trek Online, it brings back the same memories :)

It's a hard choice, but I would go with Jean-Luc Picard.  He was so precise when judging when to use force or diplomacy and saved countless lives by doing so.  Plus he had an awesome haircut.

I am big fan of Data.. being an android surrounded by humans at all times not only must have been difficult but most of the time Data knew more about humans than humans did themselves. Plus he built his own daughter.. how beast is that?

I would say Jonathan Archer "Scott Bakula" because he WAS the Quantum man!!!!

Pick Me i love startrek so much my favourite charecter is me (sartek)!!!!!

That would be Q for me. Indispensable character, his humor and presence and of course, everybody was so terrified when he appeared.

I would have to say my favorite Star Trek character was (and still is) me. I am the ultimate ST character -- I outshine any of those low-brow "actors" in any of the series. Damn those Star Trek a**hole producers for not seeing my real potential!  /cry

My favorite character is Data i've spend countless hours laughing with his doings ,Even he is not human or he hasn't embraced humanity yet, he is in many cases better than most humans.

7of9 is one of my favorite to be part of the borg collective for as she was and then pulled away from it she did take some time adjusting but becoming a key and trusted part of the voyager crew and then being able to fight back agents the borg later on is just awesome.

My favorite Star Trek character is T'Pol from the Enterprise series. As a science officer, she maintains her composure as a Vulcan to the best of her ability and keeps her emotions in check (for the most part). Her advice to the Enterprise crew is sensible and logical, as a Vulcan should

I must say Rom. The brother of Quark. He is always the dumb brother of Quark, but in many ways he is much smarter then Quark. He is the first Ferengi I know that doesn't care about money.

The best starfleet captain was Captain Jean-Luc Picard. I love his background story. I love this character. I like his role of the broken leader. Patrick Stewart can play his character with so different emotions, thats are so beautiful.
