    i dont think it was darth revan. however, it more looks like darth Rivan, if you look him up on wookiepedia. revan lived on a planet with toxic atmosphere(explains the mask)and built up a force of sith battlelords.

    somebody please say that this with what we have just witnessed will on screen as an epic movie!!! There is so much more to Star Wars and this is indeed a prime example.

    @Meatpieandwow: Yeah, the official website says it might be actually some new "Dark Emperor"... His face mask reminds me of Darth Malak, however, maybe they are keeping a plot twist for us?

    ...Amazing... The villain's mask somewhat reminded me of Darth Malak, I actually thought for a second that it was actually him. o_O
