I have already covered the hype around Diablo 3 and when, not if, it will be announced and with one more major games convention due this month in the form of Leipzig GC 2007, will Blizzard be pulling the sheet off the Diablo franchise and allowing it to see the light of day once again.
According to Vivendi, that isn't such an alien concept.

For those of us who don't speak German and are looking at the above text with confusion, let me tell you the part that is very important. The "noch nicht bestätigte Titel von Blizzard Entertainment," part simply means, "an unconfirmed title from Blizzard Entertainment."
Furthermore, if you look at the date this was announced, it is AFTER Blizzcon which is probably the most important part.
The problem here is that UKS have already said that WotLK will feature at Leipzig as a playable demo so this could simply mean that Blizzard are considering changing this to Starcraft 2 or are simply unsure as to whether they want to feature anything at Leipzig this year.
It could mean that we are going to get another announcement in a matter of days and this announcement could be Diablo 3.
