I'm really curious though; Metzen mentioned during the Lore & Quests Panel that they might be opening one of the portals on Outland before the expansion ships. This really got me to thinking about the possibility that the next raid zone won't be Sunwell Plateau. That said, perhaps the portal area will be where the next 5-person instance they'd like to do would be located.

This was spurred on by someone asking where the heck Turalyon and Alleria are.

He's either creating false hype (which I've never known him to do) or just dropping the bombshell to bolster his public image...after all...it is him and Metzen that are in the public eye now.

PTR version is 2.2 (not 2.3).
And from what i've read, Zul'Aman is expected for 2.3

And now my personal guesses :) :
I would say 2.3 for ZA, 2.4 for some balancing/fixes and some UI changes, 2.5 for 5-man dungeon, 2.6 for 25-man dungeon, 2.7 for balancing & fixes.
WotLK should coincide with 2.7 or 2.8 (mid 2008 or Q3 2008 ?).

Shops are setting the pre-order dates to early march and they were right last year so I'm anticipating a feb/march release this year.
