http://www.war-europe.com/betacenter returns a 403 Forbidden error.

I've changed the link. It looks like they're requiring you to sign up for an account on the website prior to applying for beta now.

If anyone has any further details that they can add to this, I'll make sure to edit the news so all information is readily available.

Just to clarify some things up, you apply to the beta by creating an account.

The checkbox you see after you log into your account says, "I do not with to apply for the beta test".
