Today Blizzard released an official attunement chart for World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade. This is a handy flash page that gives an idea of the progression you'll be taking toward Caverns of Time: Battle of Mt. Hyjal.

No. According to the site, There are Normal Instances (alike, Scholo, UBRS, Strat). Heroic Versions of those instances. and three different difficulty of raids. The chart has no reference of old skool raids and how new school raids are in difficulty. It is just comparing the CURRENT raids, and where they rank in reference to each other.
