Looks nice, I especially like the miasma around all the grain sacks and bales of hay/grain whatever. Who are gonna be the bosses, I wonder, Mal' Ganis is a definite, and probably a few representatives from the Infinite Dragonflight (Like the Epoch Hunter) but I can't think of anything/anyone else lol...

Overall, the instance looks alot like SW (obviously), and I bet Horde players will have a fun time killing 'innocent' civilians. Alliance players, on the other hand, will have the butcher their own 'friendlies'. How will Arthas factor in the instance? Will the players have to compete with the Burning Legion like in the WC3 campaign (i.e. a running counter of infected slain/undeadified)?

Wow...that's crazy. just after the release of BC (the first time we were in the CoT) we were talking about how we'd like to see and instance where we got to see Strathlome's past....Now here it is. We spent at least 2 hours talking about it, and we're actually going to get to see it. I'm all the more excited now.

I'm pretty sure they were either doing a comparison. Or that's where the attack started, and you have to save the city?

This looks really good, every time i've been in strat I said I wonder what this would look like before it was taken over... this was a really cool idea and i'm looking foreward to it.
Also, for the fiery part, is it possible that blizz just took part of the model of strat and threw it in there, but has yet to complete editing the instance? It doesn't make much sense but I think it'll play a part in the actual instance's story however it is.

I think in this instance you help Arthas take over the city. It wouldn't make much sense, but then again neither does alliance freeing Thrall from durholde or letting orcs into azeroth.

From what I've heard, you go through Strat with Arthas destroying it... As for the fiery part, my first thought was that there was some kind of "temporal rift" (or what-have-you) and you could see a little into the future, but I think the idea that that area is actually currently under attack would probably make more sense.

It's not so much as "Alliance helping so and so" as it is "people stopping the Infinite Dragonflight from wrecking the present."

When you look at the very first beginning, you'll see that it's more stormwind you see (bridge, water, entrance,...)...Don't know why but if Blizzard wanted to let us know that there will be some originality in WotKL, i think we'll be a lot disappointed
