You are an wow addict when: when you see the release date for the new expansion, and you right away start planning a 2week holiday from work, starting 1day before release.

dose anyone know where I can order it now?

Can someone pls show me a link to this page that advertises WOTLK release date cause Ive checked blizzard.com WoW and WoW europe and it doesnt mention them anywhere you'd think theyd be the first to advertise it. Ok so I checked thotbott out and it had it but if the major websites donthave i dont expect it to be true

Let me set this straight for everyone: Blizzard themselves have not yet announced a release date. The closest thing they have said is that it will be released in 2008, sometime after September.

Also, let's assume, for the sake of argument, that Blizz did announce 11/13 as a release date. As a WotLK beta participant, I can say with some knowledge that the 11/13 date will be pushed back unless A) the devs pull a coding miracle out of their collective sphincter and fix all the current class balance and server stability issues post-haste, or B) the bigwigs at Activision pull an epic fail maneuver by forcing an unfinished product on the shelves in order to appease shareholders.

I'll grant you that scenario A, although unlikely, is indeed possible. As for scenario B, I doubt that Activision would release a shoddy product tied to such a huge franchise, since it would only hurt them in the end.

Either way, don't take this date as set in stone just yet. Wait for Blizzard to make an official announcement, most likely at BlizzCon, before going insane with glee.

Just because the people of WoWhead (and Curse - same network) says it's the 13th of November .
I could make any other site say it was the 24th of December or something like that !

Wait until it's on the forums on worldofwarcraft.com and wow-europe.com and maybe even on the front pages of those sites and on www.blizzard.com - then you know it's set to be releasede there !

On the day WAR is coming out, blizz annouces the release date of WotLK...simply some marketing strategie to keep bored ppl on WoW by giving them with a candy.

WotLK will not be finished on 11/13.
