The EU forums have some information on the recipe added last patch to Halaa, that allows jewelcrafters to create a rare quality Resilience gem. This recipe previously had an incredibly long respawn time, with rumors even having it as a one-time spawn per server reboot. This has now been hotfixed to be much shorter.
