Today Blizzard announced a continuation of their long-standing tradition: the Battle Chest. Each of their past games which included an expansion had one released, and World of Warcraft is no longer different. The Battle Chest - set to ship October 2nd - will retail for $39.99 USD, and includes the DvD versions of World of Warcraft and World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade, both BradyGames Strategy Guides and of course your free month of play for purchasing the game.
