WoWWiki on Curse! Wikia Partnership's first active Wiki

Greetings,

As per usual, I am the bringer of good news!

A while back, we announced that we would be partnering with Wikia to bring you all the best and most in depth wiki content for any of your games. The list of wikis we are setting up with Wikia is already pretty extensive, covering every game we have a major portal for. While we are constantly improving our website and offered features, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the fantastic people over at Wikia for helping make this resource possible to all of you!

WoWWiki on Curse is the first Wiki to be launched and made available for you all in a clean, fast and usable fashion. We hope that you can all provide us feedback on this new resource in order for us to further improve it for all of our games!

I hate the colors on the mainpage :S I can barely see what is written... You should use darker colors for background...

Is it mirrored or just linked to the existing wowwiki? IE, if one site is down would the other still live? :)

I'm not sure what you mean by that, it uses the exact same theme wowwiki uses.

I'm referring to the content rather than the appearance - is it a copy of the content or does it pull the data from wowwiki servers?

It pulls the content from their servers.

We will also be tweaking certain aspects of the wiki sites over the next couple of weeks to integrate them more within the website.

    Hi,

I liked the design of WOWIKI very much, its simple, fast, readable and the content fills my screen. BUT Why Webdesigners allways want to put one half of my screen into borders and uslessness (to the left and right) i cannot understand. -> you have to search the content in 1/8 portion of your screen somewhere in the middle and to the bottom (sorry exaggerating here)

So. WOWIKI looks better then curse-wowiki and wowwiki.com is a fine adress to type and remember ... erhm sorry, why exactly you want it at curse ?

Dont get me wrong. i like the things you from curse do too.

Could you post the browser you're using? Additionally, could you post a screenshot of the page you're talking about?

I can definitely see the problems there. Thanks, I'll pass this on. :)
