Progress Update by Curse Guild in TBC!

There has been a while since we've done a news update about our guild progress in TBC so its time to make one!

Only Nightbane remains in Karazhan, Netherspite went down 1 or 2 days after DnT.

High King Maulgar down in Gruul's Lair. Doom Lord Kazzak went down tonight aswell only after a couple of tries, the only thing you need is heavy dps!.

We are currently working on Gruul / Nightbane and hopefully it shouldnt take long before they go down!

    I'm really getting sick of the huge race for PvE content. Reaaally getting sick of it.

    Yeah, i agree. Of course you'll get the response "Jealous?" but really.. 2-3 months after, it fades into oblivion and it's a passing note of trivia, is anyone even going to care? It's not even under the guise of "helping other people when they get there", it's "I/WE DID IT FIRST!"

    That's exactly the point: bragging rights. Also, look at it this way, the internet has a short memory span. Sure, in a month, no one will remember who killed what bosses first, but it is still nice for those few weeks, when you can look around and say "we were the first in the world to do this."

    Of course, as much as people comment about the short memory span, look at how many people know the guild names "Death and Taxes", "Elitist Jerks" and "Curse"... it's because these are guilds that constantly push the PvE content. Sure, some people will comment them down, but no one can deny the time, talent and resilience they put into keeping Blizzard on their toes to develop new content.

    Gruul dropped T4 shoulders and http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?source=live;witem=28801. Doom Lord Kazzak dropped these pants iirc: http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?source=live;witem=30734 and some other item that I've forgotten about, was some leather/mail item. Nightbane went down a few hours ago, european first and horde first I hear.
