Two profession recipes that were previously unavailable were hotfixed into the game recently. For alchemists, you can now purchase Recipe: Major Dreamless Sleep potion - which is also needed in the quest to learn Potion Mastery. Alliance players can find the recipe sold in limited supply by Leeli Longhaggle, in Allerian Stronghold - Terokkar Forest. Horde players can find the recipe sold by Daga Ramba, in Thunderlord Stronghold - Blade's Edge Mountains. Both NPC's sell the recipe for 5 gold before reputation discounts.

Players with the Cooking skill can now make use of Talbuk Venison, as Recipe: Talbuk Steak has been added in as well. Alliance players can find the recipe sold in unlimited supply by Uriku, at Telaar in Nagrand. Horde players can find it sold by Nula the Butcher at Garadar in Nagrand. In both cases, the recipe is sold for 3 gold before reputation discounts.

EDIT: Apparently the cooking recipe is only showing up on some servers - possibly only those that have been restarted since the hotfix was applied - so if it's not on your server then it more than likely will be soon, as it's available on at least some servers now.
