A guild member should be more than willing to give to the guild bank when they can. Forcing players who joing your guild to fork over money whether they want to or not is a really bad idea. I want to know who gets to decide who gets to use the money in the guild bank, the guild master does. Most if not all guilds have a restriction as to who gets to withdraw from the guild bank so some of the people would get left out of being able to use the money that is collected by the way of taxes. I know if I have to be forced to give to my guild bank I want to be able to use the money I&amp;#39;m paying taxes for. And what if you can&amp;#39;t afford to pay the taxes? do you get kicked out of the guild for non payment of your taxes? What&amp;#39;s going to happen, will the Guild Master get to put a lein on your mount untill you pay your tax debt? or get a portion of your future profits of your vender sales, or how bout the Guild Master takes part of your AH sales? This seems like a way to line the pockets of the guild master or guild officers and no one else. This is a really bad idea of every bad idea they ever put into WoW.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If a hunter&amp;#39;s tranq shot dispels both frenzy effects and magical effects, will there be a priority in which one it chooses.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;And since it is now GCD dedicated to pure dispel will it take more than 1 effect off like purge/dispell or just one.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Most importantly, if it is the only mechanic that can dispel frenzy effects, how would it be consistently cast-able on a melee target if you are being focused by 2 or more melee (especially rogues). &lt;p&gt;On the other side of the coin i could see how this doesn&amp;#39;t really.... have a purpose... figure the guild i&amp;#39;m in has 6000+ Gold in the bank... and no one has rights to it... so it just piles up?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;For a fledgling guild this would be wonderful to help get the ball rolling for bank tabs or the like... but what does an endgame guild stand to gain as a guild from such a thing?  And even if regular members of a guild are allotted a given amount of repairs for the day or such out of the gbank, if they&amp;#39;re just putting  the money in to begin with why send it to the guild just to pull it out? lol&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Not a bad idea... just curious if this means bigger better things for guilds to strive for monetarily... or what? The guild benefits with better trained membership and a draw other than the negative (give me a guild name so they will quit hounding me to join their guild, might even put the shoe on the other foot, that is recruits trying to qualify for better guilds). Perhaps some incentive for upper level players to condescend time with noobs could be built in as well (of course an attentive GL can attach rank in guild with service to guild membership).&lt;br /&gt;I would also like to see an easy way to control value deposited to and withdrawn from guild bank by individual members.
