12AM is midnight. A new day starts at 12:00:00AM. That's the first second of the new day and is designated as AM. 11:59:59PM (or 23:59:59 in 24-hour format) is the last second of a day. So when you see 12:00AM Sunday, for example, that means "immediately after Saturday is over" and not "at the end of Sunday".

First off, on what date are they actually bringing down the beta servers? I just logged off of beta. The server is still up and running, but it's almost totally dead there now. And... wtf is "12:00 AM"?? Is it noon, or is it midnight? I always thought there was no such thing as 12 AM or PM, hence the reason legal documents and such tend to state "12:01 AM".

hello..i'd like to make some notes for the changes rogues are seing ..ive been a rogue for 2,5 years and 99 percent pvp so i know what it was and what hapens in pvp 1)Shadowstep: rogue are one of the best classes in not being able to kite them,,but a skilled druud ot mage or shammy would kite a rogue using some abilities in a same order forcing the rogue to burn cds,but now without being able to shadowstep when rooted every one can do so.if u take a rogue obility away u take his rogueness out with it.. (sprint is a joke because u will be hamstringed or chilled or earthbinded or crippled poisne on every single match so its a bit secondary on anti-kite tachniques..id love to see shadowstep the way it was and i think its more fair DODGE: rogue = lether with no frost armors,no bubbles,no nothing to save him from the melee or ranged dps ( hunters are mail warriors plate shammys mail with shield,mages have frost armor and stuff like that..) id love to +see our old dodge chance back ( blizzy pls dont tell me 15% dodge and + 50% on evasion for 15 sec is fair,,,in modern arena where druuds dominate and with hunters or warrioirs 15 sec evasion is worthless..pls dont kill our survivbility) HEMO:ive been rejected from pve many times cz i was hemo..u say u need to work on subtelty pve dps...well sinister strike for hemo rogue is just silly..currently hemo is 115% weapon dmg and with sinister calling goes 120% .... id love to see that be at 125% just a touch of extra dps to make it competitive.. VANISH:i know.its not working..with no reason at all i press vanish and it doesnt happen,,i know when i get AoEd thats not the case,,it used to happen a lot less before 3.02 but now it feels very very annoying,rogues rely everything on telth and i tell u if i need to stealth ASAP and first doenst work i need to use preparation which blows half my cd's with no reason and as u kno a rogue with no cd is a MOB...that kills me in arena without it being my fault TO SUM UP :''bring old shadowstep back'' ''bring old dodge chance back'' '' give hemo 5% more base weapon dmg '' ty in advance i hope u consider theese things i think every rogue feels the same way as me :)
