The way I see it is that it can't be any more boring than watching poker on ESPN. So there may be a future for WoW on TV. :)

Sounds interesting, I do think that 5v5 would boost interest in competitive WoW much more though. Alas, it'd probably be too expensive to host.

Only thing showing on CBS where I live during that time slot is the Tour de France and PGA Golf.
