Mrford, i must say that you are definetly doing something wrong then, im a rogue myself (raid mutilate specc) and im in the top 5 every raid. And you do know that poisons work on bosses...

this blue post fails.

The blue pvp set only costs honor not a single arena point...

60k honor for one piece thats stupid. Barely get 300 points per match if and WHEN we lose.

Well i can definately say that rogues arent doing the dps equal or even close to other classes in raids, I have a rogue and use to be one of the top dps in my guild. even with epic gear i can't keep up with a lvl 75 of any class and find myself doin less damage than the tank. I've tried every spec. several hybrid combos and still no go. People are actually avoiding rouges in groups because lack of damage. I mean poisons,stuns,gouge,blind none of these work on bosses. without some damage all rogues will be like mine other than 1 on 1 combat. and thats put on the shelf.

And hate or love the rogue everyone welcomes the dps in raids . Please make the dps equal for rogues. until then I'll be on my lock or leveling my dps god the druid.

What I dont like is that the teams were disbaned after the gold has been spent to make them, get the people to be apart of the team and develop the styles that they had. Boo on blizzard for makein this choice. It was bad on their part. Then before that, implimenting requirements on gear fer team and personal rateings, if you want to have progression in the teams you need to make them equal. Their is no advancement when you have teams that have the best arena gear and that other team that has last season armor and weapons, get their ass handed to them. Remove the requirements and you will have more compition and happy players that like to progress in arena.

@Chuchirn: They are not telling hunters to melee, they are saying that people are taking it to lightly to run into melee range of a hunter. Expect meleebuffs for huntards.

@gizmovision: what is wrong with earning your epic quality gear? the blues are still handed out for free. If you have done a few wintergrasp, there will be both an epic helm and boots to pick up for almost nothing, and you will most likely be able to buy the epic gladiator sets with no rating next season (which I dont have a problem with, Im not entirely elitist, just of the conviction that working for the best gear available should be necessary). Instances might be a novel concept to you, but there is pretty much a full epic set to put together through only heroics as well.

So I have to buy or belong to an arena team 2v2, 3v3, or 5v5 in order to get gear if I'm not a raider. Is this correct?

Ok yeah now we know for sure that blizzard is really out there when they try to tell hunters to melee. If your a hunter and can't get away from your target then your out of luck. Honestly unless that target is below 2% health your not killing it. Especially when people have the resilience sets come out.
