&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Do they really need 1,000,000 people to say "Yeah, the new incinerate graphic looks good."? Of course not - just those with a sufficiently levelled warlock who copy over can take a look and give feedback.
&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Pre-mades are just a way for people who can't otherwise obtain decent gear to go and look like complete prats on a test server saying "Luk at me, I iz leet kk!" World's a better place without them.

In my opinion Bliz has found that they are better off having people who have been playing the game for a while going to the Test Server to actually test something instead of people who want to snag a premade 70 Hunter and go PvP.
