Dev1: Hey guys, Lets nerf priests! Dev2: Of course, that is my favorite passtime. Dev1: Oh, I know. We do it like every patch. Dev2: Yeah, Never get tired of it. Dev3: I wonder how long before all the priests quit. Dev2: I have 04/2007 in the company pool. Dev1: I had 02/2007, but they are resilient bastards. Dev3: Yeah, any other class would of rerolled or quit by now. Boss: Hey guys, whats the meeting about? Don't you all have work to do? Dev1: We want to nerf priests. Boss: Oh, well you don't need my approval for that. That is basically a company policy now. Dev3: <nod> Yeah, we assumed that. Are you in the pool? Boss: Have this month, who do you think made the prayer of mending nerf? Dev2: That was YOU? Damn, that isn't fair. You could win it. Boss: It is goooood to be the boss.

Taldren, I know your pain. I'm a mage and Blizzard is having a good time forcing players to quit these days by spoiling every bit of fun they have with their class. Eventually there will be 1 class left, and you all know what that is

Come on!!! Priest got 3 really good fixes up there, mana reductaion cost, improved fade and Power word shield got an increase in its effectiveness. These fixes don't sound bad to me. As a matter of fact most of my good attacks and defensive moves have 1-5 min cooldowns. Yall complaining about some dps abilitites and a freakin 10 sec cooldown added to a spell most of yall don't touch. I can't get a priest to even use prayer of mending in a instance. Rogue needs some heals too here. Prayer of mending is for those classes that get ignored while the tank is getting steady heals, and I'm most of the time off tanking cause the warrior cant keep agro off the casters.

Please remember if you get nerfed, so do we.

I think priests buff should be with the holy spells and get a nerf on the shadow dots etc. Its sad to see a shadow priest and put him in the same threat category as a warlock. Also isn't the priest suppose to be the ultimate healer in WoW. Maybe I got the wrong idea if so let me know.

If anything should be looked at though its the amount of CC going around. I play a shaman and I have been sheeped, saped, gouged, MC'd, trapped, feared, psych screamed, and to top it all off stunned 50% of the time by i don't know what or who cause I die so fast. Elemental shaman has turned into a walking punching bag. I can't even get my nature swiftness off and its a key locked button close to my largest heal. Also after all this the frost shock seems a little weak CC to all that. By the way Stoneclaw totem 50% stun? Not sure what idiot is going to hit that, maybe i'll get lucky with a power-lvled rouge or something.
