BullShit

Blizzard has enough money to use more servers and computer power to make all instances working... they are just GREEDY

In fact why should we have to transfer at all. Only the most populated servers get free transfers yet most have instance troubles.

Blizzard has done a very poor job with instances latency in Wotlk. It has improved but rolling dc's still happen on my server. Queues mean your guildies who are on a time schedule (work, school, parents girl friend aggro) can not use the few hours they had to raid. Real lame!

Blizz should do more to cap the amout of people entering a server. No one should have to transfer out because of this. They shouldn't have let so many people into each server to begin with. Also, they really could and should upgrade servers. It's not like they dont get enough money each month...

Maybe if you are having trouble entering instances, you should transfer to a less populated server instead of whining about Blizzard not doing anything

To ensure stable and positive performance in raid and dungeon instances, an instance performance balancing feature was implemented which limits the total number of instances that can be created on a realm. Prior to this change, we were seeing serious issues in instances which greatly degraded instance performance, and in some cases, caused them to crash entirely.

This update instituted a load check that limited opening of additional instances. This will result in throttling of some instance creation where users receive the following message: "Additional instances could not be launched. Please, try again later." Ultimately, we felt that some wait time for players attempting to create a new instance was better than causing bad performance for all players in instances.

We are continually monitoring the realms affected by this, and use the data we gather to implement further optimisations. Our ultimate goal is to work toward the removal of the limit."

^^ that is on my US realm i've had to at times wait over 40+ minutes of trying to get into a instance because of the cap.. i think this is kinda bullshit imo upgrade your servers and find alternative ways to fix this imo i wanna play on my time not one when it's best for the servers time i reported the issue on a second night after waiting nearly an hour and they said to visit the suggestion forums for changes that there isn't anything they can do just play another time

The reason is perfectly ok to me, I'd rather wait 5 mins and get a nice lag-free instance than have laggy boss-fights that would be more frustrating than waiting because they may cause wipes.

Just nice to know why they happen :)

Or does the blue tracker used here get selective on its own..

We know that instance lag exists, but I don't believe they ever did officially state why it was happening.. If I recall, 3.0.8 was meant to fix that lag but did not. We've seen this message off and on for well over a month for something that is "just announced now"..

They've repeatedly posted about its existance and implementation. We know it exists, we know that several realms hit it often. I will agree that it is an annoyance, it would be better if they would make an instance queue. (Please don't start listing all of the realms affected, it's useless)

Please try again later" messages so the instance "balancing" is already on-going on US servers.. Blizzard just won't admit it.. All this does is cause people to continually move back, try again, back, try, etc... its an annoyance.
