We have a full, unedited video presentation of Wrath of the Lich King from BlizzCon that we shot on the show room floor. The expansion was talked about for nearly 50 minutes, and there's a ton of information provided by Jeff Kaplan, Tom Chilton and Cory Stockton both on the basics of the expansion and the zones themselves.

    I believe the term All Races can be Death Knights and all classes can do the quest to be able to make a death knight. Your character will not be taken over by the death knight it will be a character that you can make after completing the quest chain which will be about as difficult as the Warlock Epic mount quest.

    Yeah, Death Knight is just a class you unlock through a quest chain. At that point you can make a new character - of any race(right now, but the decision isn't final) - that can be a Death Knight.

    Death Knight will be unlocked with a Quest chain. The chain can be done with every class and when the quest is completed you will unlock the Death Knight hero class. When you create the character it will start with a higher lvl maybe 60 or 70. Death Knight will be playable with every race.

    death knight will be like the plague known as the blood elf pally. finding a healer is now going to be absolute hell

    I like the phrase this is a tuskar town. this is their starting town (what ever the name was).

    what you think faction? i mean they said no new classes but they say races specfically?

    I think he meant that's their home town, or the main tuskarr town in the expansion. I'm sure it'll be a reputation you'll have to work up - it was mentioned that they're more of a neutral race during the Lore & Quests Panel.

    Myself being a prot warrior.. still thinks that we can tank the best... but what i dont like.. is seeing how they are implementing yet another tanking class.. and even yet, its a hero class... well fellow warriors... lets all raise our shields in defense!!

    Even though, with this minor upset, i still love all the new content that they have released to us fans... it seems like its going to be yet another amazing installment to the world... of warcraft.

    all i have to say is... I WANT MOUNTED COMBAT!!! just think about it if your on a pvp server.... Mage Pyro-Blasts then instant shocks while getting close. followed by dragons breath. .... Or if your a shammy... swing that critical strike windfury off the bat while your riding past a lower lvl.....didnt even see it coming. the combo possiblities are insane.. we need also to be only destroy new cities. but also rebuild them. But the same should go for places like Iron Forge, Shattara, Orgrimmar.... everything.. just imagine rolling thru one of them with seige tanks DESTROYING everything in your path.. then being able to rebuild it and take it over... OMFG ONCE AGAIN PVP SERVERS WILL BE AT THERE FULL POTENTIAL!! i hope blizz reads this... i should be hired to work there after this!
