Basically it was in a UI pack I tried, I've had to format my HDD since, though, and can't remember the name of it.

It showed the target's information on mouseover, like the default wow information, except instead of being in the bottom right corner, it was at my mouse location.  It also showed who/what if anyone/thing they were targeting in the box.

If anyone knows the name of this addon, or any like it, I would be extremely appreciative.

I also want to apologize if this question is already posted here..but without the name of the addon, it's incredibly hard to search for it.

You should  try Tiptac, it does what you expect, as many other addons, but it's still updated and highly configurable... ;p

Knarcus, in the future i would reccomend so you may be able to get info right away search what the addon does in Google and hopfullly else has posted somthing about it. 

I use Mobinfo but like Araldwenn said Tiptac and many others are good for what you are looking for.

It could be any of the tooltip mods that are out there like tinytip, tiptac, cowtip and more.  My favorite of all time was AquaFlare's Tooltip Extreme but it died quite awhile back.

I installed TipTac, and it does what I want it to..but every time I log on after the initial time, the anchorbar is hidden.  oh well, it works. :)
