some one know an addons that can remove this blizz rollover tooltip?

Are you talking about removing the quest information? That isn't Blizzard, that's a quest addon like QuestHelper or Carbonite.

No, its a rollover tooltip see the screen shot (bottom right) in the red circle

That is not the default Blizzard tooltip.. That would be from a quest addon like Myrroddin stated.. Yes, it is "similar" to the Blizzard one but it is not it.

euh... yes its the blizzard tooltip remove all your addons and you would keep it and w/e some one know how to hide this tooltip?

Download it, it lets you move about the tooltip and disable it if you want to.
