Hi i have a 68 shaman, who is resto im looking a good addon that helps me with buffs and heals. I  have HealBot Continued, not what im looking for,

I need something that buff's a specific target.. say if I have a druid for a tank, but i also have a 3 other druids to dps.. sence Earthshield only buffs one target not more then one.. so i need it to buff a specific target and also monitor the buff while in Combat... say if earthshield leaves the tank i wanna know if its gone and rebuff him.. If healbot has that ability to do it tell me how now....

totemtimers does that for you (tracks # of charges left on the ES).  However, you still have to apply it to the MT manually (which really isn't a huge deal.  I usually keep the boss targeted, and heal with clique and my unit frames (works sorta like healbot.)  I just right click on the totemtimers ES button, and then click on the unit frame of the person I have it on.
