Just watched Transformers 2 and it's great! I love the special effects! ^^

Yeah the effects were great but the story is not that good.

How can you say that it's not good? The movie was taken from an episode in the cartoon series.

Well, it's transformer, not a brain twitching drama sci-fi.

Transformer is all about the allmighty Optimus Prime, is team and a few heroic human, I think the movie is close to what transformer fans expected.

The only turnoff was the geological inconsistency.  The 3 piramid location versus the sea, and the temple entrance location doesn't match.  But well, it's an action movie, not an historical one :-P

P.S. I want the small truck who 'defected' to the autobot team after being threatened by the stealth bomber.  Where can we order them?

If they want to make another movie it's up to them. There are many episodes that they can do. Maybe it will be better if they will add some twists.

I liked the movie but it was a bit too cheesy or romantic for an "action" movie. Where Sam had almost died and when he was revived, he almost made out with her...before he saved the world. o:

too bad the story wasn't that good compared to the first movie

and T2 only focuses on optimus and bumblebee

and there are a lot of decepticons

hope in the 3rd movie they add more autobots especially the aerialbots, protectobots and omega supreme (the big strain station one) and even metroplex (the transfomring autobot city)

its a box office hit so definitely there will be a part 3, part 4 until it stops being a cash cow for the studios. lol

i'm a big fan of the Transformers, I watch the original series and the other anime spinoffs, i didn't like the beast wars series though

I started watching 'em when i was still 5 years old, so it's like my sesame street lol

they definitely need to introduce new robots. i remeber jetfire being an autobot that transforms into a spaceship in the cartoon version though. they already introduced devastator here but i feel he was kinda lame cuz he got owned by the twins lol

@ reimaru, you forgot to inclue the dinobots and insecticons :)

How about Unicron? The planet devouring transformer. I would like to see a movie about the story of Unicron.

Also, don't forget about the minicons. Minicons are divided into so many teams (including the Dinobot team)

That would be the challenge for the film makers and producers. If they could make a very good movie that features Unicron. FTW! ^^v
