are addon abble to make like a text file with info in it. what i want is an addon that lets say every 10mins or so it looks at how much gold i have then export that to a text file so it says something like 3050g 34s 3c something like that and then maybe what zone im in or something?

No addon has disc access except to create and update saved variables, and even then, that is only written when WoW is reloaded, or you do a /console reloadui command. There is no way to force this at any other time.
