I will continue to use X-Perl for raid/party because it's clean and efficient. I want to find some kind of circular unit frame for myself/and my target...

you should not mix unit frame types.  It can cause some hiccups.  Your best bet is to find a total package you like from top to bottom and stick with it.  Using say . . xperl for your party/raid but then say AG UF for yourself is not a good idea.  Try poking around the "OUF" categories on wowinterface and see if you like any.  There was a time when AG UF had tons of unit frame types built in and you could set yourself to one style and your party to another.  Might also want to look into pitbull.
