I have given myself a head ache trying to create this Addon,  I know others that would like something similer.

I have drawn up what I would like it to look like, but the creator may have other ideas,  

Functuality I would like:

BackDrop to be transparent, Frame to be Moveable and resizable, AutoHide while not in combat, Debuffs to show Stack count

I have played around with x-perl a bit, I do not find where x-perl has much at all for options for Target of Target.  Was not what I was looking for.

ShadowUF or Pitbull will have more options that you can handle.

Thank You Teek,  Not sure how long I have been looking for a addon that I could do this with.  I put in ShadowUF and it looks very promising.
