I've got several issues with my addons,
1. I now have 3 arrows from my questhelper
2. I can't seem to hide my keys bag
3. I cant seem to replace my bags with new bags, not even in the bank
4. When I go to my portate, none of the options will give me a options list (ex: to change loot options)
5. When I open my bags I was able to right click and a window will come up and show my whats in my bank and my alts bank, now it doesn't do that.
6. In questhelper I was able to to see the other quests my party has even though I dont have any of those quests, now they dont show.
Can anyone help me. I have uninstalled all my addons and reinstalled, even added new ones.
what am I doing wrong....I'm not tech savvey. so be plain with me....

Well, install one addon at a time until something gets messed up. That's how the pros do it.
You don't have to delete/uninstall every addon; on your char select screen click the Addons button and turn off everything except one addon. You mention that a couple of times, so start there.

For some of your issues, I think your addons have gotten out of date. Not getting a right click menu from the portraits reminds me of what happened to X-perl during the Uld patch. I would remove all your addons and download them fresh. try this once without deleting your lua files in the savedvariables folder.

If you use the Curse Client, click the Manage Games button at the left, You will see an option pulldown for install type; change that to Beta, and apply to all addons. Close that window, and on the main window of the CC, click refresh.
The reason this works is because many addon authors flag their addons as Beta, and if you keep the CC looking for Release versions, those addons will not update. Curse, the website, shows both Beta and Release versions of addons.

Yes, it does, elf. The default path for Vista is C:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft You don't have to go into the subfolders beyond that for the client. If you originally installed to C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft, patch 3.0.2 should have moved the game, or at least prompted you. However, you may still have some files in that location. They are no longer used by the game as far as I know.

On Vista, specifically the addon path is C:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft\Interface\Addons Just copy & paste everything from the other directory to here.

You could, I suppose. I don't want to tell you for sure, as I don't have Vista; but if there is nothing in that folder, then I don't see the harm in deleting. The better question would be: is your game and addons working correctly now?

Ok, QH can access both TomTom and Cartographer's arrows, and I think it has a built in arrow. Do you have TT or Cart installed? You don't need both, as they are mutually exclusive. Try, in this order:
/qh arrow
/qh cartwp
/qh tomtom
and if all else fails
/qh hardreset

They didn't go away, they just became a small sack on your mimimap. Usually it is red if you have errors (click on the sack to read them) or green if all clear. During load screens, you may hear a ping type of sound; that is Buggrabber grabbing an error.
If you have a bar addon like FuBar, TitanPanel, Chocolate Bar, etc, the sack may be a plugin on the bar, instead of a minimap sack.

Hold down the mouse button and drag-select. Please post one error at a time. If you are lucky, solving one or two errors will clear the rest – they might be related.

Actually, in the meantime, you said you have the Curse Client, correct? Click Manage Games at the left, then you will see several options. The one you want is a pulldown menu that lists install type. Should be defaulted to Release. Change it to Beta and save the changes. Once you have done that, at the top left of the main window, click Refresh to rebuild your installed addon list.
Why this works: several addons are only listed at Beta, and the author never flags them as Release versions, yet they work just fine. This will force the CC to check Beta and Release addons for updates, rather than just Release.

Same way you would copy any other item in Window: Ctrl-C
Then Ctrl-V is paste, and either post to this thread, or send me a PM.

Addons data as well as other data for your warcraft game is saved in the "WTF" folder "\WTF\Account\***_YOURACCOUNTNAME_***\SavedVariables" < This is the global folder for the addons "\WTF\Account\***_YOURACCOUNTNAME_***\***_YOURSERVERNAME_***\***_YOURCHARACTERNAME_***\SavedVariables" < This is character specific folder. The above is for XP unsure about vista or windows 7. Addons mostly save in the global folder but there are some addons that save in both folders or one or the other. By deleting your "WTF" folder you will reset the ui for warcraft back to its raw normal install state having to reset up your graphics, audio and addon settings entirely. Oftenly people hate to do this and try best to not.
I'd personally suggest browsing curse.com or curseforge.com and downloading all your addons manually placing them into a folder on your desktop. Deleting all the addons in the "AddOns" folder in your base wow directory then extracting all the addons from the folder on your desktop into that proper "AddOns" folder in your base wow directory. This will give you a fresh install of all the addons then. Some addons change files, and some stop using files from certain versions. So no point in having extra old dated stuff in your addons folders.
if by you also have matrix meaning the wow matrix tool which was stealing bandwidth from curse and other addon sites then i'd suggest simply uninstalling it and stop using it. it'll never work properly again in less curse and the other addon sites come to an agreement with them in some way which i doubt will ever happen. Use the curse client or manual install. I prefer manual install myself. I simply favorite all my addons i use on curse then i get an email when they update and i browse curse several times a week checking my favorites tab its rather simple then just extract the addon to the proper folder.

I know i'm gonna have to manually download all my Addons again, cause they are not going in the right folder if i do automatically, but im not gonna do anything yet until you tell me

As we're unsure which path is your actual up to date and working warcraft installation we dont want you to delete either path. To find out which is your proper and working path you can most likely right click on the "shortcut icon" go to "properties" then check the path of where it's opening your warcraft to see which one it is. Most likely that'd be your proper installation and working path and you can or should be able to get rid of the otherone without issue. My installation is "C:\World of Warcraft"

The Curse Client doesn't automatically know where your WoW folder is; you point it in the correct direction when you do Add Game.
To figure out which folder is where your game is, nyxtyr is correct: if you right click the WoW shortcut and go to Properties, the Target field will tell you where wow.exe is. Hopefully, it is in \users\public\games\world of warcraft\wow.exe or something similar. If that is the case, you can safely delete the \program files\world of warcraft folder.
OK, on to your errors: .... I was reading the ones you posted, and there are some very outdated addons you have, with some files and folders containing stuff that no longer works, so, let's see if there is an easier way.
First, read this thread, and download the test version of the client. http://wow.curse.com/forums/t/109398.aspx
Then, on the Tools menu there is an option to make a text file of your addon list. Do that, and save it somewhere easily found, like your Desktop.
After that (you are going to hate me – sorry) use the Client to Uninstall every addon it recognizes (first tab in the main window). The reason is that you have some addons that no longer function and have been replaced. For example, your Threat-2.0 error is because Threat-2.0 has been replaced by Omen3. Never mind the complexities LOL.
Now, looking at your saved text file, use the Client to install the newest versions of each addon in turn.
Lastly, on the Tools menu there should be an option somewhere to Clean your SavedVariables. A smaller window pops up with a list. Select everything (Ctrl-A) and tell it to delete/clean and close. Those are the addons you no longer have installed.

Hmmm what I would do (but this is just me) is Add/Remove Programs on World of Warcraft altogether. Then make sure both folders are gone. After that, I would install WoW, then Burning Crusade, then Wrath. Once those cds/dvds are installed, then patch the game. To make it easier on myself, in the WoW folder there should be a subfolder somewhere called Patches. I would definitely copy & paste that somewhere safe, like My Documents.
I would then proceed to run the patches in order; they are nicely named to make sense that way. If I got stuck, I would simply log into the game and let the auto-patcher take over. During the process, at some time, I am going to be prompted to move the game; yep, definitely do that to overcome the security bug in Vista.
Right, having pulled out some hair, but got a patched, updated, correctly placed World of Warcraft, I then go back to my Curse Updater, tell it to Add Game and point it to the folder containing Wow.exe, which, having done this, I would immediately start in the whole users, public thing.
Why would *I* do this? because every now and then, starting over is the right thing to do. Yeah, I'd lose more hair remembering all my addons, but then, a light goes on.. Oh, YES! I used the Curse Client linked a post or two back, which creates a text file of all my installed addons.
Hey, now I'm cooking with gas, so I would then use the Client itself to install my addons, making it faster than trying to do it through the web.
But all this is what I would do. I am not saying you should do this, Elf. You can take some shortcuts such as the ones I posted earlier. (Uninstalling all the addons, re-installing them) however, that may work, but maybe you would still have errors.
