Asking for a video about how to make an addon is like asking for a video of how to build a shed. While I can show you step by step how to make a very specific addon you will then only know how to make that one specific addon. Programming in general is like learning a foreign language so you are not going to find any one source for this. Take your time and learn little by little building on what you previously learned. There is no quick way to learn to program. People spend years in school learning to do so.
