This is up to personal tastes... we have 3 disc priests in the guild and each one uses different addons. Maybe you should start by writing down what you'd like to see and see if you can find addons that do that, for example "Prayer of Mending Tracker" shows who your PoM is currently on and how long it has left until it expires.
