Hi everyone,

I am a premium member and there are keys left but it says that I must be located in the US to be eligable. I don't feel this is fair as I pay the same price as other members.

Is there a workaround for people in this situation?

I'm from europe, and i misread the email.. Its from 12 noon PST. guess thats 10 hours difference in the Netherlands?

I read nothing about being located in the US. So i guess i can activate it at 10 pm tonight if i'm fast offcourse, only 500 keys.

Im in the US and have no idea how to get one of these keys.. The email didn't say?

I am a premium member who lives in the US, but it says no beta keys are available at this time, even though the giveaway doesn't even begin until 3PM CST (12PM PST) my time. What's up with that?

i got a key as well, however when i try to activate it, it continue to say "serial is not active".

the email reads  The giveaway will begin monday, August 10th at 12 noon pst.....which hasn't happened yet.....maybe that's why you are all having problems?

Would have been nice to know this was US only before hand. :/ Got hopes up for a friend of mine who wanted to be in beta.

Yeah, 'US only' sucks big time. However you could always use a proxy ;)

About 75 keys still available. Just remember it's US only and you need to be a premium member.

Got my key, but when will I beable to download game to start playing?

Yeah on my profile under My Beta Keys it says I got one after I tried but it said that one couldn't be found when I clicked and I'm in the U.S.

Do you mean when you clicked on "get my key" at http://www.curse.com/keys/aion-closed-beta/default.aspx?  If so, try clearing your cache, logging on and relogging.  I had this same problem but after clearing my cache and relogging, it worked fine for me.

Wow.... All the keys are gone I guess... Waking up at 1430 PST after 8 hours of straight overtime and shift differential doesn't afford me a beta key. However, it does afford me a new NAS muhuhuhahahahha. Enjoy Aion guys! I played it a bit at the SD Comic Con and I enjoyed it. The only qualm I had was that lag casting wasn't on the dinner menu.

I tried clearing my cache and relogging. The link on the front page is gone so I'm guessing the keys are gone. I tried clicking the link on the My Keys part of my profile and it took me to the same page without a key. Thanks for the help but I'm guessing I missed out lol

Sorry about that Trych!  It was a very small number of keys, but we're working hard to make sure that future giveaways will be much bigger and better (and yes, European Curse users, more geographically inclusive if possible)!

Just curious  I got my beta key number but it isnt showing anywhere I can enter it.  On my profile it doesnt show I have a key.  I logged on at work on my phone to get the key number is that a problem.  Thanks

You have to enter the key in at the NCSoft website with your NCSoft account. http://us.ncsoft.com/en/aion/ log in there and go to my account and click on "Use a serial code" and put your beta key in there.
