I just had a few Q's I've posted them in the support room, but while I wait for them, I'm wondering if any of you premium users have tried to Cancel your premium account.
I have looked around on the premium pages, and in support but don't see any instructions on how to cancel. (I always like to have an exit strategy in these cases ya know?
sooo, can anyone tell me:
1. How to Cancel.
2. If I cancel, do I get to continue using Curse Premium, until the end of my subscription? if not, do they refund the money you paid? if not... and they cut access yet don't refund the money, is that even legal??!!??
3. Has anyone had any problem trying to Cancel. (for instance, if you have to Call in, were their wierd hours / no one answers / on hold for ever and ever etc. or if you have to e-mail a request to cancel, does it take for ever and ever for them to get back to you etc.
