i was wondering if there is any add on like grid but for mobs. something that would show unit frames for mobs around the area. just wondering because sometimes i have a hard time clicking on a certain target.

Nothing is capable of it.  If you try something like Cael Nameplates, it helps quite a bit.  It auto turns on nameplates when you enter combat and then turns it off when you leave.  You can easily click on the nameplate as it stands out better in a crowd.

I recently saw an add on that would put up a frame for each raid symbol but I cannot find it again, hopefully someone else will know what I'm talkign about and post it.  This will only help with raid marked targets though.

Hit tab button.  Tab will target different mobs.  when I tank I hit target devastate  then tab  , devastate, tab  devastate.   then reapply .  All the while thunder clapping.
