Is there any feature to search a thread in particular forum by its name or content?

Not that I've found actually.

The global site search will find forum posts by the subject, but not the body.  That's the one in the top right.

try google with the following:

site:www.curse.com/forums yoursearch

(and yes, if you seek something on the microsoft website, you should use google and site:microsoft.com, google does a better job than microsoft at indexing their own website)

Ok that's fine. Cuz global search in the top right corner finds just too much, and it doesn't seem to have a filter option.
