First, sorry for the bad quality of my English.

I'm trying to find an add-on which allow me to simply "add empty frames" on my interface. I still use many addons like XPerl, Underhood and Dominos, but the last thing I need is just somethink to add "shapes" on my interface. I'd like to put some shapes under my action bars and under the chat area. The perfect think could be that border and background of shapes would be editable. Do you know an addon which I could use to do that?
